Meet our Board of directors
Active chairman of the company and president of the International College of Flying. During 38 years in the Israel Air Force he served as a combat pilot, and in 1996 was appointed commander of the IAF, a position which he held for four years. During his years of activity in the business world, he was a founding partner of East West Ventures Ltd., a founding partner of Sentry Technology Group (STG), which operated in the USA and Israel, and whose stock he successfully sold in 2006. Eitan was chairman of Cronus Cyber Technologies and a director at Diamond Fund (based in Switzerland and Singapore). He is acting chairman of Aeronautics Ltd., in the drone industry, which in 2017 under his leadership offered its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a value of 1 billion shekels. Ben Eliyahu has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Bar Ilan University and completed his Master’s degree studies (without a diploma) in International Relations and Strategy at Tel Aviv University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Program for Business at Harvard University in Boston.
Gen. (Res.) Eitan Ben Eliyahu

Partner in the activity of the Canada Israel Group and a founder of Tara Group which is active in a number of projects in the field of real estate in Israel and abroad. He has previously served on the boards of a number of private and public companies, including the Bank of Agriculture and Israel Land Development Hotels. He began his entrepreneurial career as the personal assistant of industrialist Stef Wertheimer. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Hebrew University and a Master’s degree (MBA) from the joint program of Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University in Chicago.

Meet our management members
Avinoam Sapir, CEO of Tikun Olam-Cannbit, has a cumulative experience of two decades in the field of pharmaceuticals, in which he has held a number of positions in management, marketing, sales, and acquisitions and mergers. He was previously the CEO of SLE (Israel’s largest distribution company), CEO of Teva Israel, and founder and chairman of the Sanara Ventures Investment Fund (JV) and Manager of Africa and the Middle East region for Global Teva.
Avinoam Sapir
General Manager of Tikun Olam-Cannbit
Former member of the 19th Knesset which introduced the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law (“the Video Law”) and the Proper Representation of Women in Local Authorities Law. In 2019 she was appointed CEO of Cannbit, which embarked on an IPO that year and led the acquisition of Tikun Olam. Until 2019 she served in a variety of positions, including VP Business Development in the Danel Group, head of the Youth Division in the Ministry for the Negev and Galilee Development, head of education and welfare in the Local Government Center, manager of Youth Matters for The Joint Israel and developer of centers for young people, communities, and mobility for “children of the night” run by The Joint Israel and the Elem Association. She holds a BA degree and an MA degree in Clinical Social Work with distinction from Bar Ilan University. She is socially active and a member of Hod Hasharon Local Council.
Ifat Kariv
Deputy General Manager for Government Relations
Lihi runs the company’s R&D department, which includes conducting clinical research, data collection and database management, analysis, and product development, with the aim of creating top-quality cannabis products, while building innovative and groundbreaking partnerships in this field. Lihi is studying for a PhD in Epidemiology at the Clinical Research Center at Soroka Medical Center and at Ben Gurion University, under the tutorship of Prof. Victor Novack and Prof. Raphael Mechoulam, the father of cannabis research.
Lihi Bar-Lev Shleider

Liad was formerly the treasurer for the Malibu Israel Group Ltd, and CFO of other companies in the Azrieli Group, as well as public companies. He was auditor of portfolios in the Somekh Chaikin accountancy firm, and an economist in the Manufacturers’ Association and the Coordination Bureau for Economic Organizations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, and Accountancy from Bar Ilan University, and is a graduate of the Manufacturers’ Association Course for Directors in Industry.
Liad Anani, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Guy has extensive experience in creating international partnerships and managing technology projects in the worlds of health. He is a graduate of a course for naval officers (Major in the reserves), a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration in the framework of his military service, a second Bachelor’s degree in Plant Sciences and Biotechnology from the Hebrew University, and a Master’s degree from the Department of Molecular Genetics at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Guy Haim
Deputy General Manager for Business Development
Shani is responsible for the company's regulatory and pharmacological relationships with the Ministry of Health, with customers and suppliers. As the company's pharmacist and as part of the QA team, she makes sure that the company's products are manufactured, stored, and transported according to the IMC-GMP and IMC-GDP before the marketing process. Shani provides professional advice to all company departments, as an experienced pharmacist and researcher, with a bachelor's and master's degree from the School of Pharmacy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Medicine at Bar-Ilan University in pharmacology and pharmacogenomics.
